My Journey Into Abundance & Subconscious Healing
I first became fascinated by the subconscious mind when I was 18. I was reading Joe Dispenza, and the idea stuck with me: what happens inside of us shapes so much of what we experience on the outside.
I loved that idea. I just had no idea how to actually live it.
For years, I looked for happiness outside of myself. After the army, I was living in Tel Aviv, going out a lot, drinking, and always searching for something more.
Then I went to my first conscious festival, completely without drugs or alcohol, and experienced a kind of joy, connection, and aliveness I didn't know was possible.
It changed the direction of my life.
I stopped drinking and began traveling, studying, and immersing myself in healing work, with one question at the center of it all:
How do I create the peace, happiness, and abundance I'm looking for from within?
I ended up spending more than five years living in conscious communities, mostly in Thailand, but also in places like Peru, Mexico, and Bali.
Over those years, I explored countless tools, trainings, retreats, and healing modalities. Many helped me understand and manage my emotions, but I was still looking for something that could work more directly with the deeper patterns underneath them.
That's what I eventually found in IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy).
After experiencing a profound shift through IEMT in my own life, I became a certified practitioner and began combining it with somatic work, inner child work, and other tools I'd learned.
But there was another journey unfolding alongside all of this.
My relationship with money, work, and receiving.
From Hustling to Trusting
I’ve been an entrepreneur for about seven years. It’s been quite a ride. The excitement of starting something, the fear of putting myself out there, not knowing when the next client would come, and stretches when I barely had enough to get by.
I started out teaching English online, helping people feel confident speaking. Over time I felt called toward women’s circles, workshops, retreats, and emotional healing. Every step scared me. My first women’s circle felt so vulnerable because it meant so much to me. I did it anyway. Then came my first retreat, my first longer program, and eventually my IEMT sessions.
One pattern stayed stuck. I believed I had to work incredibly hard to make money. When money felt uncertain, I pushed harder.
Then I hit a turning point. I knew English coaching wasn’t the work I wanted anymore. People around me suggested I keep it for stability, and that made sense, so I tried. But things that used to work stopped working. Four women signed up for an English group and cancelled in the same week. I was spending money on ads and feeling more and more disconnected from what I wanted.
So I let it go. Suddenly I had no steady income and no savings. I didn’t know how I’d pay my rent. For weeks the fear in my body felt like dying. Every part of me wanted to hustle harder.
Then one day I asked myself: what’s the one thing I haven’t tried?
The answer was simple. Stop. Stop trying to control everything. Let go, and let God show me that I was supported. It was one of the scariest things I’ve ever done.
Around then I was using IEMT on myself, along with writing and inner child work. In one session I met a very young part of me carrying a huge fear of not being safe. The intensity finally made sense. Somewhere deep inside, not having enough meant danger.
As I worked with that part of me, something shifted. For the first time, I felt safe before anything outside had changed. I still didn’t know how I’d pay my rent. But I felt calmer. I kept showing up for the work I loved and stopped forcing.
And I paid my rent that month. Clients started coming. Opportunities appeared. I got to know what receiving feels like. Doing work I love without exhausting myself, and taking action from inspiration instead of fear.
I still get scared sometimes. When I catch myself pushing, I have a different way to meet it. And I keep choosing a new relationship with money, work, and receiving.
Why I Created The Abundance Healing Container
This program is so close to my heart.
I know what it’s like to have big dreams and feel afraid to go after them. To love your work and still feel awkward receiving money for it. To believe you have to keep doing more and figure it all out alone.
I also know how much can change when we work with the emotional patterns underneath those beliefs.
I believe there’s so much more available to us. More money, love, connection, freedom. I believe God wants to bless us abundantly, and part of our journey is becoming a vessel that can receive and hold it.
In the container, we explore the subconscious beliefs, emotional memories, and protective parts that shape how we feel about money, worth, and receiving. We use IEMT and other practices to work with them and make room for something new.
My hope is that you leave feeling lighter, closer to yourself, and more open to what’s ahead.
You’re allowed to want more. You’re allowed to dream bigger. And you’re allowed to enjoy creating a life you love.
