The Method

Three pillars of freedom from the inside

Uncover

Uncover how the substance, person, or habit has been serving you — what it has been giving you, the real need it has been meeting, and the deeper emotional layers and unconscious beliefs underneath the reaching. Once you see the pattern clearly, it starts to make sense.

Release

Go to the root of where the pain, pattern, or block actually lives — and release it at the level of the nervous system. This is like a deep cleaning of the system: the unconscious beliefs, unresolved emotions, and automatic patterns that keep you reaching begin to soften.

Rebuild

Build a new relationship with yourself and with the things you reach for. Rewire your nervous system so you're no longer ruled by old patterns and emotions, and calm can become your natural state. This is where you begin to feel more agency and choice in your life.

About Danielle

I've lived this.

I used to need a drink to dance. A smoke to relax. Something outside of me to feel like myself.

Then something happened at a festival in the desert that changed everything. Completely sober, in the middle of a guided dance experience, I felt the clearest, most euphoric high of my life. It stayed longer than any substance ever did. And something cracked open inside me.

I realized that state — that freedom, that aliveness — was available from within. I made my whole life about learning how to generate it. And now I help others access it too.

For the past 10 years, I've lived in healing communities around the world, studying and experiencing different paths of inner freedom — meditation, Kabbalah, yoga, embodiment, nervous system work, emotional healing, and deep spiritual practice.

I'm a certified IEMT practitioner with training in trauma awareness and nervous system work. I've worked with 100+ people across workshops, women's circles, and private programs.
